Bill Davies participates in ASEAN-EU Conference

On May 13 Bill Davies will be participating in the ASEAN-EU Conference: Dynamics of Interregionalism at the American University in Washington, D.C. 

Bill will present a paper entitled "The Development of Human Rights in the EU".
