Presentation on the history of human rights in EU

In June Bill Davies participates in the conference "European Court of Human Rights: What will change after the accession of the EU to the European Convention on Human Rights" at the Academy on Human Rights, Washington College of Law, Washington D.C. The title of his presentation will be "The History of Human Rights in the EU".
